Eligibility Criteria for Scientist B 

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent with not less than sixty per cent marks in aggregate. 

Apart from the above, it is mandatory to have a valid GATE 2019/2020/2021 score. 

As far as age is concerned, the candidates must be between 21-30 years of age as on the closing date of application which is 28th February 2022.
