DNB (Post MBBS) January 2018: Counseling Schedule

All the candidates awaiting admission to DNB courses for January 2018 session must pay attention. The counseling schedule for DNB (Post MBBS) courses is out. The Centralized Online Merit Based counseling for admission to DNB (Post MBBS) courses for January 2018 Admission Session shall be conducted by NBE as per the schedule given below:

Payment of one-year Course Fee (Rs. 80,000/-) by the allotted candidates	16 May 2018 to 189 May 2018

Editing/ Reordering/ filing of options/choices for Second Round of Counseling	16 May 2018 to 20 May 2018
Second Round Allotment	24 May 2018
Payment of Tuition Fee for newly allotted candidates	24 May 2018 to 27 May 2018
Joining of allotted institute/ hospital after First and Second Round Allotment. The original documents to be verified by the allotted institute.	25 May 2018 to 2 June 2018
Uploading the joining report (Annexure-A) by the institute	26 May 2018 to 4 June 2018
Final Round (Counseling In-Person)
Counseling (in-person) at NBE Office New Delhi	12 June 2018 to 14 June 2018
Joining of allotted institute/ hospital after Final Round Allotment. The Original documents to be verified by the allotted institute.	12 June 20185 to 19 June 2018
Uploading the Joining Report (Annexure A) by the institute	15 June 2018 to 21 June 2018

• Participation in the online counseling shall be strictly as per the eligibility criteria and guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin for NEET-PG 2018 and Information Bulletin & Handbook for Admission to Diplomate of National Board Post Graduate Courses (Post MBBS) January 2018 Admission Session.

Please note that allotment of seat in the Counseling is subject to the candidates being eligible in all respects and verification of their original documents at the time of Joining in the allotted institute.

• Candidates allotted with a seat during the counseling process are required to deposit one-year non-refundable Course Fee of Rs.80,000/- to confirm the allotment.

• The indicative seat matrix shall be uploaded on the website on commencement of online counseling.
