The government on 14th July, Tuesday decided to reduce the cut-off percentile for Medical PG seats by 20th percentile after receiving the complaints from a large number of medical colleges that thousands of seats are still vacant in their colleges.
In accordance with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India letter F.No.V.11012/15/2020-MEP dated 14th July 2020, the minimum qualifying percentiles have been lowered as follows:

Please note that there is no change in NEET-PG 2020 Rank for all the appeared candidates.
The revised scorecard of the candidates who appeared in NEET-PG 2020 can be downloaded from the NEET-PG website from 20th July 2020 onwards.

The decision is likely to benefit thousands of students who will now get a chance to take admission in post-graduation and will also help in minimizing the wastage of seats.
This move to reduce qualifying marks for Post Graduate courses has been taken for the fourth in a row.
