NEET PG 2021 Exam Analysis
With the nationwide conduction of the NEET PG 2021 on 11th September, phase one of the expedition has successfully come to an end. Now, before the focus shifts to the upcoming chapters of the answer key, results, counseling, and lots more, we have a detailed analysis of the exam that awaits your attention.
It aims at helping the NEET PG 2021 aspirants compare their impressions, conclusions, and experience with their competitors. It further enables the future aspirants to plan their preparation journey based on facts, and not their opinions and interests.
We conducted a survey and recorded the answers obtained from 15,000+ students who appeared for the exam.

Overall Difficulty Level
- The majority of the candidates (73.3%) stated that the exam was moderate.
- 12.4% of them found this year’s NEET PG easy (and every aspirant secretly wishes to fall in this category).
- 14.3% of the candidates stated that the exam was difficult.
General Pattern of Questions
According to the analysis, 59.3% of the questions were clinical, 30.1% aimed at testing conceptual knowledge, and 10.6 % of the questions were one-liners.
Questions from commonly heard topics were made tough by confusing options and tricky clues.

Was the allocated time enough?
Time management plays a major role during an entrance exam. So we asked the candidates if the allotted time (3.5 hours) was sufficient to complete the test or not.
The good news is that the majority of the students (78.9%) were of the opinion that the allotted time was enough.
However, 21.1% of them stated that the given time was not enough to attempt all the questions.
