PrepLadder congratulates Dr. Ramanjaneyulu Rudravarapu on clearing FMGE June 2018 exam. We wish him all the very best for his career and future ahead. In this exclusive interview with PrepLadder, he shares his experience and plan that worked best for him to help score well in FMGE. Hello, please tell us something about yourself. Hello, I am Dr. Ramanjaneyulu Rudravarapu from Guntur, AP I got my degree from ISM-IUK Kyrgyzstan with the great support of Dr. Phani Bushan. My guru Dr. Bhanu Prakash suggested me PrepLadder. I scored 212 marks in FMGE June 2018. According to you what is the correct approach to study for FMGE? Only MCQ's or Theory + MCQ's? Theory + MCQs is the best approach because the concept is more important to solve MCQs. When should the preparation ideally be started? Right from basic subjects, we should be perfect, so it’s better to start from college days only, if not its fine, be dedicated and concentrated throughout the coaching period. Please list the books you studied for each subject. I studied from the notes which I maintained in coaching institute and MCQ books. Is this your first attempt? If No, what did you do different this year that lead to your success? Yes, this was my 1st attempt. What's the role of practice and revision while preparing for FMGE and how much time should be dedicated for it? Revision plays a key role, the last one and half month is very precious Did PrepLadder play a part in your success? If yes, how? Yes, especially grand tests made me think how the questions can be asked, and Pre-FMGE conducted by PrepLadder helped to analyze my level prior to FMGE screening test and to concentrate more on weak subjects. Did you follow a timetable/study plan to keep your preparation on track? Yes, for revision I kept a target and studied accordingly. Were you a topper or an average student during graduation? I was an average student during my graduation List the most difficult and easiest subjects for you. Difficult: Pharma and Medicine because these are the subjects examiner can ask from anywhere I think. Easy: Pre and para clinic subjects One mistake that should be avoided while preparing for FMGE. Trying to get many books instead of concentrating on what we have. Some tips for our readers preparing for FMGE? Revision is must and should, stay positive all the time, do hard work We thank Dr. Ramanjaneyulu Rudravarapu for sharing his success story. Also Read our blogs for FMGE Preparation :
