Hello, please tell us something about yourself.

I am Dr. Mehtab Ahmed. I have completed my graduation from Crimea State Medical University, Russia. I would like to thank PrepLadder for being in the journey of my success. In the first mock by Dr. Deepak Marwah, I scored 147 marks. I made more efforts and attempted the second mock on 13th june and improved my score by 163 marks. Finally in the final FMGE exam , I have scored 205 marks. It was only possible because I took the mock very seriously and worked on my weak areas.

According to you what is the correct approach to study for FMGE? Only MCQ's or Theory + MCQ's?

When should the preparation ideally be started?

One should begin with the preparations at least 5 months ago

It was my second attempt.

What's the role of practice and revision while preparing for FMGE and how much time should be dedicated for it?

Minimum 2 months.

Did PrepLadder play a part in your success? If yes, how?

Did you follow a timetable/study plan to keep your preparation on track?

Yes. It’s very important to follow a schedule.

Were you a topper or an average student during graduation?

I was between Average and topper.

List the most difficult and easiest subjects for you.

Pharmacology was the easiest and Internal medicine was quite difficult because it's too lengthy.

One mistake that should be avoided while preparing for FMGE.
