Revised Tentative Schedule for First Round PG Counseling: Madhya Pradesh

Here’s an urgent news for the all medical students seeking admission in MD/MS/Diploma courses in Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh State Combined PG Counseling has released the revised tentative schedule for the first round NEET-PG counseling of 2017 in compliance with the honourable High Court of MP at Jabalpur w.r.t a filed petition no. 4316/2017 dated on 01.05.2017 regarding the cancellation of corrected merit list of MP states for NEET-PG counseling for MD/MS/Diploma courses which was released on 17th March, 2017. First round NEET PG-2017 schedule is as follows:

Centralized scrutiny & admission process at designed place and online fee deposition May 18, 2017 to May 20, 2017 Daily from Morning 9.30 am up to Evening 6.30 pm 03 days
Candidate to report to the allotted college to complete the admission process May 18, 2017 to May 21, 2017 Upto 5.30 pm 04 days
Online option for “willingness to Upgrade”(yes/no) after admission May 18, 2017 to May 21,2017 Upto 11.59 pm 04 days
Cancellation /Resignation to be done online by the college May18,2017 to May 21, 2017 Till 5.30 pm _
Allotment of remaining seats which will be found to be vacant due to any reason:

Choice filling and choice locking options are available  only for those candidates who did not do choice filling in previous round of counseling or have chosen “opt for waiting” or for those admitted candidates  who opted for “willingness to upgrade” option(Mandatory) May 23, 2017 to May 26,2017 Upto 8.00 am 04 days
Data Processing and preparation of result May 26,2017 to May 29,2017 04 days
Declaration of allotment result May 29, 2017 01 days
Candidates are requested to report to the allotted college after fee deposition to complete the admission process May 30,2017 to May 31,2017 02 days
Note: Candidates those who were scrutinized earlier will not be required to appear for the scrutiny again. Those candidates will be able to download their allotment letter from the website from May 18, 2017 to May 21, 2017. Such candidates will have to carry the following documents at the time of admission:
  • A printout of the allotment letter,
  • The certificate of deposition of original credentials which is issued by the college authority, given at the time of admission earlier (that has been cancelled by office of the commissioner, Medical Education as per the order, sl. no. 1411/4/PG/DME Bhopal dated on May 03, 2017) or
  • Original documents (in case of those candidates who have taken back the original documents from the college which they had submitted earlier at the time of admission).
